Users may create profiles for pets. Information may include:

pet name;
species;
breed; and
information relating to the pet's participation in activities and sessions.

Session and activity information

The Pack Effect may store information entered or generated while using the app, including:

selected activities or sessions;
calm, focus and energy ratings;
before and after session ratings;
pet enjoyment ratings;
session completion information;
diagnostic or behavioural selections;
activity and tool selections;
habit and portfolio information; and
notes or journal information voluntarily entered by the user.

This information is used to provide the app's functionality, including displaying progress, trends, session outcomes and personalised app information.

2. How We Use Information

Information collected through The Pack Effect may be used to:

provide app functionality;
associate members and pets with your account;
record activities and sessions;

We do not sell users' personal information.

3. Firebase and Google Services

The Pack Effect uses services provided by Google and Firebase to support functions such as authentication, database storage and app infrastructure.

Information required to operate these services may be processed by Google or Firebase in accordance with their applicable privacy and security practices.

These services may process technical information required to provide authentication, database, security and application functionality.

4. Health and Wellness Information

The Pack Effect includes wellbeing, behaviour, lifestyle and performance-related features.

Information such as calm, focus, energy, habits, session responses and other information voluntarily entered by users may be stored to provide app features and progress information.

The Pack Effect is intended for general wellbeing, education and lifestyle purposes. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical or veterinary condition and is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, veterinary or other professional advice.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal information.

Information may be processed by service providers where necessary to operate The Pack Effect, including infrastructure, authentication and database service providers such as Google and Firebase.

Information may also be disclosed where required by law or where reasonably necessary to protect the rights, safety or security of users, the app or others.

The Pack Effect uses third-party technology services including Firebase and Google services that provide security features for authentication, database access and data transmission.

We retain account and app information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide The Pack Effect and maintain a user's account.

Users may request deletion of their account and associated personal information.

8. Account and Data Deletion

Users may delete their The Pack Effect account using the account deletion feature available within the app.

When an account is deleted, information associated with that account will be deleted unless retention is required for a legitimate legal, security or regulatory purpose.

The intended audience and age availability of The Pack Effect are also governed by the age and distribution settings applied through the relevant app store.
